DMCA Policy for Jujutsu Kaisen Incremental Wiki

  • Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Jujutsu Kaisen Incremental Wiki may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Electronic or Physical Signature: Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not inform us that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
